German-Speaking B2B Online Advertising Specialist – Athens, Greece

We are seeking German-speaking Advertising Specialists to join an international team in Athens (Piraeus area), supporting business clients with online advertising campaigns. This role focuses on providing inbound support, proactive optimization, and client recovery, helping advertisers maximize their results while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

📍 Location: Athens (Piraeus), Greece – on-site position

📅 Start Date: 02 June 2026 (Candidates relocating from abroad are expected to arrive 4–7 working days prior to the start date)

• Relocation Support (for international candidates): Flight to Greece + Airport pick-up upon arrival + Up to 4 weeks of hotel accommodation + Assistance with administrative procedures

• Training: Paid training programme (approximately 20 days - conducted in English)

• Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (full time contract)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Scheduled within the timeframe of 10:00 – 19:00)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound support to business clients via phone and email

• Troubleshoot technical and campaign-related issues efficiently

• Deliver guidance on campaign optimisation and platform usage

• Educate clients on best practices and available tools

• Build strong client relationships and support long-term performance improvement

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level)

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

• Previous experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role

• Solid understanding of online advertising and/or PPC platforms

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
