Greek-speaking customer service agent
Are you a skilled communicator who enjoys helping people?
We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Greek-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team here in Athens.
Location: Athens, Greece
Start Date: 2/10
As part of our customer support team, you will handle inquiries from customers of a well-known international brand.
What you’ll do:
Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
Provide friendly and effective solutions to customer issues.
Keep customer information up to date in our system.
What we’re looking for:
Native-level or fluent Greek (written and spoken).
Good English skills (B2–C1).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good technical/computer skills.
