If you have a strong Sales/Business Development mindset, ideally in the IT industry, and understand cloud computing concepts (especially Google Cloud Platform), this is your opportunity!
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll identify sales opportunities, connect with potential clients, and drive new business through outbound campaigns. You’ll be the first point of contact for businesses, helping them innovate and find the right digital solutions.

What You Will Do
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls and emails, engaging with small and medium businesses.
- Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to assess needs, build rapport, and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns from lead generation to deal closure, achieving or exceeding monthly quotas.
- Qualify opportunities, handle objections, and schedule meetings for seamless handoff to other sales teams.
- Explain product features, value propositions, and address customer needs to drive sales and upselling opportunities.
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new products or expand usage of current solutions.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues or direct them to appropriate teams for resolution.
What You’ll Bring
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Norwegian with strong English communication skills.
- Sales Experience: Background in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally within the IT industry.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Confidence & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in conducting inbound/outbound phone sales and building rapport.
- Proven Performance: A track record of exceeding quotas and achieving sales targets.
- Analytical & Driven: An analytical thinker with a proactive, go-getter attitude, motivated by both personal and team success.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong pipeline management, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Result-Oriented Mindset: Competitive, tenacious, and goal-driven, ready to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
