Norwegian speaking Customer Service agent in Chania, Crete - housing incl.

About the position:
Are you passionate about helping others and delivering a great experience to people who need your assistance? Do you want to work for an international company that provides customer service for some of the most prestigious brands in the world? You will be part of a competent Skandinavian team in an international environment and can add international work experience to your CV. We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented customer service representative who can help us deliver a great experience to our customers.
Your tasks:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Danish customers and provide professional assistance in Danish
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, warranties, and maintenance
- Resolve customers’ issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Advise customers on product features and benefits, and help them make informed decisions
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies
- Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with your colleagues
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken
- English skills at a level that allows for professional communication
- Experience with customer contact is an advantage, but not required
- Problem-solving oriented, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Technical knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies
- Open to a new culture
