About the position:
Are you passionate about helping others and delivering a great experience to people who need your assistance? We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented customer service representative who can help us deliver a great experience to our customers.

Your tasks:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Danish customers and provide professional assistance in Norwegian

• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, warranties, and maintenance

• Resolve customers’ issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Advise customers on product features and benefits, and help them make informed decisions

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies

• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with your colleagues

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken

• English skills at a level that allows for professional communication

• Experience with customer contact is an advantage, but not required

• Problem-solving oriented, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

• Technical knowledge is a plus, but not required

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies

• Open to a new culture
