• Act as the primary point of contact for our Dutch/German-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and accurately.

• Provide personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate closely with team members to optimize service delivery.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch or German at C1/C2 level and proficiency in English at B2 level.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Basic technical understanding and interest.

• Team player!

• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
