Workplace: From office in Athens or from home (Work from home anywhere in Greece)

As a customer service agent or technical support agent, you will be part of a dynamic team handling inquiries from customers either in the retail sector or in tourism. 

Your primary tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.

• Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:

• Fluent or C2 level in Italian (written and spoken).

• English B2-C1.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to make well-considered decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.

• Good technical skills
