Workplace: Athens, Greece or remote from anywhere in Greece (Equipment shipped to you!)

About the Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. Your role will involve handling inquiries and providing excellent service to customers via multiple channels.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

• Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems

• Deliver a high level of service and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Fluent or C2 level in Slovenian (written and spoken).

• English B2-C1.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to make well-considered decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.

• Basic technical skills

EU passport or valid Greek work permit required
